Are you looking for a way to promote your wines, celebrate the release of the latest vintage, or to simply engage with friends and fans? Together we can create a virtual wine tasting that can be scaled to match your wine, your budget, your guests and your desired experience.
Basically a virtual wine tasting can be as simple as having us facilitate a video connection between your Sommelier and your guest. The guest is responsible for securing the chosen wines and whatever snacks they desire to have on hand. The winery dials in from their tasting room location, with augmented lighting, microphone, camera, laptop monitor and technical support and chats with them regarding the selections they are tasting and answers any questions.
Discerning Tasters will engage us to partner with the winery to provide an elevated experience. The wines will be shipped out to the guest in-advance with customized or branded tasting notes cards and select pre-packaged snacks to pair with the wines. The tasting will be a polished production showing the winery's elevated brand experience.
True Wine Connoisseurs will want to consider upgrading their experience from the basic snacks to delivery of a curated and paired charcuterie platter or meal from a local caterer or restaurant that we will engage for delivery.
We will help facilitate connection to e-commerce for wine purchases and mailing list promotions.

Many artists and musicians will have lost revenue and opportunity to perform due to the cancellation of summer events and tours throughout the rest of the year. Virtual live music options give them a way to reach out to their existing fans as well as new audiences, cross-promote their recordings and swag, all while expanding their brand.
The value we provide is not only in supporting the client to create a "story" within the show and interject different types of content to maintain interest and interactivity, but to leverage top quality production values - audio, video, lighting, scripting and streaming - to ensure a quality broadcast.
Performing groups either come together in a single venue (physical distancing on the stage will be ensured) or stay separate in their homes . Their performance can then be pre-recorded for streaming at a later date or live streamed out to their fans via a two-way video link. Performers may opt for a combination of both recorded and live performances, interviews and other content.
At Sherpa Group, we excel at breaking down the screen barrier. We will work with you, your brand and your team to determine the best way to engage with fans. We can create a "back channel" of communications during the broadcast so that your fans feel as close as in real life.
Ask them to vote for their favorite song or visit with them in a “break out” room to continue the conversation or as a virtual "Meet and Greet".
-Encourage the audience to don their favorite band t-shirt (or send them out to VIPs in advance.
Get them up out of their chairs - put the broadcast on their TV or on the kitchen counter. Get up! Suggest they dim the lights in the room and then have the artist tell them to "Light 'em up!" as part of the set. Have fans hook their computer up to external speakers and turn it up!
We provide you with a Producer/Coach to ensure each band member can record the best quality video and of course ensure the highest quality audio. With each band member we will work with them to determine the video and audio recording equipment they will be using.

Engage with a local business with a large parking lot or a drive-in theatre to offer a ‘drive in’ live music performance or movie night (or both!). Or what about a drive-in grad celebration that still satisfies the physical distancing requirements? Make the most of the 50 vehicle limit to create an intimate and engaging experience.
Full Production Support
Our team will assist with the stage setup, lights and audio. The backdrop would convert to the optional movie screen later in the evening once it’s dark. Guests can engage with the artists on stage through the virtual video link, chat rooms and the movie selection could be voted on by the guests through the polling option.
Guest and Traffic Management
The guests would be required to drive in to the event and each car would be given 20 feet of parking space. They would need to park, as directed, in the middle of the parking spot and will not be permitted to move once parked. Some of the things that people enjoy the most at outdoor events: open hatches, trucks parked backwards, along with sitting outside will all still be allowed - but guests will all stay within their vehicle and interact (virtually) with the performances on their cell phones.
Optional Add-ons: Promotional materials and other giveaways can be handed out upon entry to the site. Partner with a snack supplier that gives out popcorn or a beverage to each guest.
Similar to the virtual wine tasting experience, take advantage of the trend to classic cocktails by including local distilleries or a restaurant and their products in a tasting. Choose an alcohol (or two!) and have us partner with our mixologist to send out the ingredients the client will need for two custom cocktails. Join the video call to catch all the tips and tricks of shaking, stirring and mixing delicious favorites. Upgrade the experience with branded items, food pairings and entertainment.
Or engage with a local chef who can talk you and your family or friends through creating an elegant dinner at home.
Menu preparation, wine pairings, shopping and delivery are all included. You just choose the special guests and we do the rest!
Are your non-profits struggling to find a new way to raise funds now that their galas have had to be cancelled? Get your supporters to come together for a curated evening of entertainment, keynote speakers and auctions – virtually!
Tickets can be sold online to receive a password-protected link to the virtual gala or kitchen party. Theme the event as a dressy affair (virtual gala attire includes black tie up top and shorts on the bottom) or as a casual one (all the great parties end up in the kitchen!). When they dial in, they will be treated to all the wonderful presentations the expect and the opportunity to bid on silent and live auction items.
Optional Add-ons: We can send out branded gift items in advance that guests can wear or use during the event. We can arrange with a local catering company or restaurant to deliver a meal or a winery to donate table wine (just like in a real gala!) to elevate the experience.
Promote the products and services of clothing designers and beauty suppliers to fashionistas everywhere. Designers from all over the country (or even the world!) can show off their latest creations and give a “peak behind the scenes” of their design studios to supporters. Accessories, fashion tips and tricks add extra depth to this experience and guests can ask questions in the Q & A function. Raise funds for your non-profit and support the creative industries at the same time.
Optional Add-ons: We can help you elevate the experience by including online makeup or skin care tips, essential oils and providing product kits to guests in advance or ‘thank you’ samples afterwards that provide a “try before you buy” option.
Are you looking for a wedding option that will still deliver the engagement and experience you dreamed of while operating within the current physical distancing measures?
Our Virtual / Intimate Wedding options give you the opportunity to maximize the space you already have booked (or we can help you find one, or maybe you can do it at home!) with less than 50 in-person guests. You can still use your decor, heart-felt toasts, and possibly even your menu. Additional guests (over 50) would be able to join the festivities, send greetings and communicate with you through a high-res, large-format LED screen. The entire virtual stream can be recorded for your enjoyment later.
