WE Day Celebration Dinner 2017 & 2018

A gala, celebrity dinner for the VIPs of the Vancouver WE Day event.

Staged in a private residence, this event has featured a plexi-glass floor constructed over the outdoor floor, full custom tenting, production, catering and entertainment elements.  Special care was given to protect the home and meet the needs of the client.

Kidney Walk Vernon & Kelowna 2018 & 2019

Every year, some 15,000 volunteers and participants gather at Kidney Walks in communities throughout the country to raise awareness and funds for those affected by kidney disease. Sherpa Group Events coordinated  the Kidney Foundation of Canada’s cornerstone fundraising events in both Kelowna and Vernon to help support innovative and ground-breaking research projects and to offer crucial programs and services to the thousands of people living with kidney disease.

Breakout West - Kelowna 2018 & Whitehorse 2019

BreakOut West event planning * sponsorship * excursions

Once-a-year event that includes a 4-Day Conference, 3-Night Showcase Festival, and the Western Canadian Music Awards. BreakOut West is the primary event hosted by the Western Canadian Music Alliance.  Sherpa Group Events produced the 2018 gala awards reception, securing local sponsorship and managed the Business Conference.  In 2019, we are taking on the logistics and management of the entire program!

Southridge School is celebrating twenty-five years in the community and will be celebrating with a year long series of events, including a kick-off event in September, a faculty and staff celebration in December and an alumni reception in March.  Sherpa Group Events will be supporting the design, management, logistics and planning of these events in collaboration with engaged staff and invested parent volunteers.

 Vancouver’s most beloved summer event, the Honda Celebration of Light is the world’s largest offshore fireworks competition, celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2015. New Year's Eve festival event planning

 The first New Year’s Eve Vancouver event launched in 2015 to an overwhelmingly positive reception from the public, local media outlets, sponsors, business and city stakeholders alike.  Taking place exactly 50 years after the University first opened it’s doors, SFU’s Anniversary Party was held in Freedom Square, an iconic promenade on the University campus and featured multi-cultural performances, a private reception, projection mapping and of course birthday fireworks!
